She has a proven track record of developing high-performing teams through customized onboarding programs that address particular skills and organizational needs. Patricia shines at guiding projects from concept to successful launch, showing her analytical skills and ability to go through periods of rapid development and transformation.

Patricia is an expert in implementing best practices across diverse medical domains, including surgical services, cardiac care, and obstetrics. Her experience includes directing operating rooms with up to 26 rooms and working as a clinical nurse in all areas of surgical services.
